Marianne Boskamp and her husband, Dr. Henning Ueck, have been the managing partners in the pharmaceutical company since 1991. Boskamp, who holds a degree in business, and Ueck, doctorate in chemistry, They represent the fourth generation to manage this successful family company. They have continued the company’s success and made Pohl-Boskamp a true contender in the German pharmaceutical market focusing on the future. An innovative approach and the courage to take unusual action keeps the company an assertive presence on the market. Boskamp and Ueck assume personal responsibility not only for their products, but also for a number of social, sports and cultural projects in northern Germany. Their aims include strengthening the region where the company has its headquarters and production site.
The duo at the head of the company are supported by managing directors Babette Reiken (Market Access) and Henrik Hesse (Product Development/Finance & Controlling) and by department heads Ulrich Zinn (Supply Chain), Daniel Hilscher (Quality Management) and Jörn-Ole Hansen (Technology).
